It was post number 666. I don't really care for it, and avoid it always. Won't even make a purchase at the store if it comes up $6.66.

yes, but we all have the little things in life that bother us!!! that is the one that bothers me, guess it comes from reading the book 666 when I was a teenager. Do you know why bodybuilders always put the plates on the barbells with the numbers or wording on the inside? More superstition, it has to do with not letting the strenght escape!!!!!

Not sure about superstition I do that to stop nosy people gawking at what I’m lifting, my weights my business. But then I train at the gym at the university I’m at, so full of kids (well 18y olds) who don’t know how to train. So I don’t need the hassle of them comparing weights with me, especially as at the end of a set I can hardly lift my arms so the weights I do are pathetic.

Well, before each chest day, I like to eat a steak! I did it once, and had an awesome chest day, and of course that is all it took to want to do it all the time! On another note, I also think that is how some get "hooked" on supplements, try somethng one day and just happen to have an awesome workout, and automatically relate it to the supplement. Maybe we just ate good the day before?? hhhmmm...a little off the subject, sorry, just came to me as I was typing. Got carried away...LOL
