How often should i do push ups to see results? I've been doing push ups over my steps for about 4 months and i'm not seeing any results yet...I was doing the same pushups about 4 years ago for about (2 months i think) and i didnt see results until i stopped doing them for maybe 2 months or longer. Do i have to stop doing the push ups to see results again? I been doing them longer this time around and i'm not seeing any results....what i'm trying to do is tone my upper body....all help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of "results" are you looking for? Pushups will not build you much muscle if that is what you are looking for. You can only go so far with your own bodyweight for resistance.

Doing pushups endlessly is a calorie burner pure and simple. This is why you will see results, if this and your diet lead to a caloric deficit. Diet is the key to losing fat.
