Does the body continually grow muscle throughout life? If not, what age does body slows it's growth process?

Somebody said.....If you work it, it will grow. I think that is true at any age.

I am a 55 year old female and I am producing muscle like a 25 year old male. I think we could safely say that what az said is definitely TRUE!!!

Just look at bb1, or arnold, they are both in better shape than most 21 year olds I know.
The only thing that could hinder muscle growth as you get older are injuries from when you were younger. You start to feel them later in life; that makes it harder to really lift heavy.

It gets a bit harder, youth definitely has its advantages in this sport. But, with a solid foundation and work, we can continue to advance. Probably not at the rate of a 20 yr. old, but we can give them a run for their money! Really, if you push your body and feed it well, it will have to at some point adapt to what you are doing and grow some muscle.
