My bicep has gotten almost a 100% beter ( somthing things still bother it) but for the most part its cool to train it. However heres my prob, I went 2 weeks not traing my arms at al to let it rest( except for light curls and reverse curls to rehad it) And low and behold my arms grew a alomst half an inch......that is to say the right arm did, my left arm is almost a full inch behind my right arm. I prefatigeu the right arm and do babrbell curls to falure, extra reps on the left arm with dumbells, concentraion curls you name it. I even put 5lbs more on the left side to make it work harder. And still it won't catch up!! darn it darn it..........help me please lol
i knwo it might still be recovering form the strain, but still, it was alway a 1/2 in or so behind, 1/2 in to a 1/4 an in off isn't noticable, but an inch is lol so anyone help me?

Andrew, I think it just takes time. I had rotator cuff surgery last June and my bad shoulder is just now starting to catch up. I've read all the "catch up" theories as far as use dumbells with extra reps, use barbells and the weak one will catch up. They all seem valid and I've used them. None are magic. Just takes what you already know...patience and work.

I don't understand though I didn't train either one, for almost 2 weeks, and my left arm shrank and my left got bigger lol.........I know it might be form the injury however would both have not shrank a lil bit. confusing!

I bet you used your right one alot more since you couldn't use the injury one as much as you used too. Just doing the other things in life
