what makes FT so different than all other programs is the diversity or uniformity in exercises for each and every workout... some people in my gym come in and do the same stuff over and over again like bench presses, squats and brabell curls that's it... they watch me do stuff like lying concentration curls and lunges and think I'm nuts... But little do they know that experimenting with new exercises and changing every them every once in a while can really pay off in the end...
You know ttrocker, if you like me have been weight training for several years, you also know that doing the same thing week after week and that for years, kills all your motivation and physically results..... BUT everybody has been beginners just trying to do the very best and therefore because of lack of knowledge always do the same things in the gym.
I agree with you that we are lucky of having sites like Freetrainers.com that can learn us new things and let us stay motivated. You're right, diversity is important.
