hi my name is Tony. 4 weeks ago i dislocated my Knee while doing a squat thrust. I workout at least 4 times a week and consider myself fit and healthy. is there anything i can do to make my knee heal any faster. Any tips you may have would be great. Also any information you mave have of this find of injury would be great. ALso i think i should mention I do a lot of Kickboxing (Muay Thai)and Grappling. Thanks a lot
