Should dips be done on chest day, or tri day?

dips leaning forward will hit chest more, and leaning back will hit tris more, so u can judge accordingly

Guess it depends on what dips you're talking about... parallel bar dips or dips behind the back....

bropie is right...you can do them on both days...go warm up or superset after another exercise...foe either body part...

i combine my tris chest shoulders and back all in one day so i do dips as an excersise for both

Wow that's a lot of body parts in one day. Maybe you should split them up. Perhaps Chest and tri's, and then on another day do shoulders and back.
Wait, that wasn't part of this topics question.
Oh well, just a suggestion.
