has anyone tried Dimaxx Liquid Creatine? If so,can you tell me if its as good as the powdered Creatine.

As a personal preference and from personal experience I would stay with powdered creatine like ON creapure creatine monohydrate Good luck

Ive been using san v12. It seems to work well for me. Needs no loading and has 0 cals per serving.

Liquid creatine has yet to be proven effective in any clinical study. The last I read, one study showed no increase at all in blood creatine levels after taking the liquid stuff (I'll post the study if I can find it again). Stick with the pure powder.
