That's only 1680 calories. Not to sure that's enough. Might be low on protien, too. Just my thought.

I am 5'8 132 lbs woman and I eat more than that. Even to lose you still need to eat. Your body will shut down and go into starvation mode (meaning it thinks it starving and will hold onto fat) if you dont eat enough.

My Catahoula did it.

I saw a book titled "Sex for Dummies" and wondered why
anyone would teach dumb people how to reproduce?

I agree with georgia. I'm 5'11" and what is in your post is about a 1000 cals lower than I get a day.

with the zone bar and fish pills that I didnt mention it is about 1770 calories. Im aiming for about 1800 which is around 10 per lb. My protein is 159g I have about 155lbs lean body mass. I definitely dont mind adding more calories just not sure where they should come from. Any ideas would be appreciated. My diet has been very effective so far but has recently hit a plateau. I am trying to cut some late night carbs to give it a little boost. I figure I should have around 2100 calories a day to be 500 below my bmr. My weight is 187 lbs. Should I add some fruit or maybe another scoop of whey to my late night shake. Also, is it alright to mix whey powder with milk for a before bed meal? Thanks.

also, Im not sure that it matters but on Sunday I dont even count. Could be in excess of 3000 calories. Thats my day off. We do the after church meal with the family and I always enjoy myself. Good food, better dessert!

My before bed snack is usually some cottage cheese and maybe a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.

Add some more veggies. Maybe with meal 4.

My protien intake is about one gram per pound. I'm 5'11" and roughly 195lbs. I get about 200g a day.

it seems that protein is the hardest to get. Those are usually the least convenient unless you get carried away with protein shakes (i dont guess 3 a day would be carried away though) or love canned tuna. Any convenient protein ideas that are not cottage cheese. (that stuff gets old)

Well, I love tuna and cottage cheese, so I can't think of any right now. :)

Here is a start:

I agree with timday - you need more protein and more veggies.

You can't cut on a diet without having to do some work, and unless you are very lean an out of control/uncounted Sunday will probably undo your week of dieting.

Have a look at BB1fit's post - dieting made simple. It works on a 3 day low carb, with a refeed on the third day. If it isn't detailed enough for you, check out the cut diet (do a google on it). same thing - lots of protein, lots of veggies and good fats, then a refeed on the last meal of the third day.
