as we all know good diet and exercise will help give you a better well nurished body. but my diet is somewhat lacking.

i was wondering if anyone has any diet plans i could follow or look at. i know there are resources on the website but im very lazy and besides getting 1st hand expeirence from someone else would show the diets works.

so if anyone has any diets plans they follow can u post them,

You must know your maintenance calories to be successful with any diet regimine. Then you have a place to make an intelligent calorie amount decision from.

Check out the stickie entitled "grocery list for healthy eating". Choose your foods from it that fall into your calorie requirements.
