Before I ask my question, let me explain you my schedule For a week : 3 times cardio (1/2 hr each ) 2 times Abs 4 times weight training I mix up the above excercises in such a way that every month I will different kind of combinations. I work for 5 times of a week. I eat 4 times a day.But I think my night meal is not the lightest meal I have. I know to get a ripped abs the night meal should be the lightest of all. Can you suggest me something else so that i can have a ripped abs (other than having a lightest meal in the night).

The combination to get your abs ripped are low-fat diet, cardio (which you already do) and ab training. Unfortunately, your ab muscles begin to show when your bodyfat percentage hits a certain level (usually below 10%). Even though you may have a heavy meal at night, it's the quality of food that you are eating that will really make a difference. And not just at night...every day. You may be consuming too many calories overall which won't yield you the results you want.

Try using weight cutting supplements and work your 3 times a week instead of two times. You could also do a little more cardio. Remember there's no such thing as too much cardio.

Why not eating several small meals during the day instead of only four? This will keep up your meatbolism and you'll burn more calories. Try 5 meals then 6. Eat every 2-3 hours and include proteins in every meal. Finally eating more often doensn't mean eating more, so calculate your needs.
