Hi, I reall need help with a diet. I can't seem to get it right. I just joined the wrestling team at my highschool and would like to loose 10-20lbs and gain muscle. I lift at school and do cardio at home, I just need a good diet. If anyone can help it will be a HUGE help. Thanks!

You want to consume a high protein , moderate carb, low fat diet. High protein to build muscle, moderate carbs to allow the protein to do its job and keep glycogen stores intact, and the same with fat(you need EFA's).

The gains will be slow, but this is best, keeps fat gain to a minimum. You will have to do enough calories to sustain your current weight, when you have that, you can intelligently increase you calories to start gaining. An increase of 250-300 per day is a sensible start.
