I am currently 17 years old , 5'10" and weigh 200lbs. Throughout the last year I have gained 20 lbs going from 180-200lbs within about a year exactly. I hate the way I look and feel and when i sit down I feel like i'm fat because my gut may touch my shirt and makes me uneasy. I am often depressed and have horrible anxiety and am completley insecure about myself.
I want to lose weight and tone myself so I can look good for myself and for my girlfriend. She tells me I look good but I never ever feel it.
I am in decent lifting shape but not so good cardio
Can anyone help me set up a good plan to lose weight and tone up as fast as possible with eating habits and a workout plan.
I want to mainly lose my gut, lovehandles, and most of all the small double chin I have.
I really appreciate the help if anyone can offer it.
My fitness equipment at my house are:
2 15 and 10 lb freehand weights
2 5 lb weights
