Ok, I need a new routine. I used the freetrainers one for a bit and that worked fairly well, but I need to add some SERIOUS mass. The one I have been using is the 3 day back/shoulders/biceps, chest/triceps, legs routine. I can't workout more than 3 days per week... it's just not possible until I get a job with gas prices like they are plus I'm fairly busy... so I need something that can give me some good gains... anyone with any ideas? :(
Putting on mass depends more on diet than routine. Not to say both aren't necessary. Get your diet consistant with that which will support a gain then do your 3 day a week workout doing compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, wide grip chins, dips, bench press, ilitary press, rows. If menace comes across this thread he can be more detailed in your routine. Or just email him.
