Hey i'm a newbie and was wondering what I can do to shape my pecs. I'm 125 lbs. and 5 feet 8 inches tall.

Do compound exercises for the chest. Concentrate on heavy benches, inclines and declines. Weighted dips will help. Forget all the fancy isolation stuff. These exercises will develope the entire muscle bellies.
