Good day again felow FT'ers. Today was an absolute rest day. I needed it as yesterday I destroyed my muscle tissues, and have a big case of DOMS. Which is good, as I know I am working myself out enough. As for calorie intake, I had about 2300 calories today which for my size, I think in plentiful. Looking forward to waking up tomorrow morning, to see how sore I am. I also do my second weight workout session tomorrow as well. I do have one question for rest days, can I still do cardio on my rest days, or does rest day literally me do nothing?

It depends on what else you are doing. As a general rule, I like 1-2 days of absolute rest. I'd rather do cardio later in the day or after lifting.

I believe it's up to the individual. I like to do cardio on my off days. That being said, I do have complete rest days a couple of times a month.
