Well today I challenged myself for the first time at the gym with the weights. Wow. What a difference I feel in the metabolism of my body just from one workout! But I sure am sore. I had to eat a protein shake as my body was shaking, as soon as I got protein in me, I stopped shaking and felt instantly better. The only thing that sucks, is my workout called for standing calf raises, and my gym does not have that machine, or any calf machine for that matter. What can I do for exercise other then the calf raising machines? Also my workout called for ab workout, but I was just too tired to do any more. Is it alright if I just skipped it as I am going to save it for tomorrow?
As for diet, I did good. But I am not anywhere near what my diet program is calling for. The diet program on here calls for me to eat a total of 4300 calories. I am only eating about half of that. I am trying to eat every 2-3 hours, but man, thats alot of food!
Peace out!

If they have a step platform you can standon that with your heels off the edge andlifting your own weight on your toes.
If you skip an ecercise it,s no big deal, and if you can't eat all of your calories that is what the supplements are for.
Good luck and don't forget rest days.

The calorie recommendation on here is a little high I think, checkout this calculator,

Not sure if posting links is allowed, but that's a pretty accurate one.

Thanks for the link man. That seems a little more realistic to achieve. It is about half of what this site calls for.
I wonder if anyone knows the correct math formula for calculating the diet.

A good guide line to calorie counting is as follows:
15 cal/lb should maintain present weight, if you deduct from that, you should see weight loss considering you burn more than consume. Never go lower than 12cal/lb as you will not feel well.

Isn't that lower for females?? I"m thinking 13 cal/lb for maintain & 10 for as low as you go??

I've heard 10x bodyweight.
Basically find your maintenance and subtract 200-500
