and click on the "7 day workout" link.
That's a quick and dirty sample of an average workout week. This is not a pre-contest workout schedule or get tons of mass workout schedule.
It's a add moderate muscle while defining the muscle at the same time.
Diet is just as key as the workouts and you have to make sure you're getting lots of protein in every meal to get your muscles to grow. Eat 5-6 meals a day.
Also injest lots of carbs if you're trying to add more mass or keep the carbs very low if you want to look more cut.
Most of the excercises can be done with dumbells except for the leg ones. I've done lunges (bad spelling) with dumbells and I'd call them power jumps (squat down and jump as high as you can explossifly and repeat 10 times in a row) for my legs when doing legs at home. Sissy squats are great too and you don't need any weights.
If you want to get real cut, then I'd just do something like 15 mins of fast skip rope after every workout or some other kind of cardio.
Hope this helps... Going to try and kill my legs tonight :)... since it's Tuesday leg day...

Kill is correct Dang! Question, why are they called sissy squats when they hurt soo bad!!! I did them for the first time and couldn't barely move for a few days after that. LOL!!

Hey kasper, the rotator cuff warm-up is real simple. hold a weight in your arm at a 45 degree angle like you are going to curl, then make the weight vertical, turn arm into your stomach and the out away from your stomach, go slow. do it 10 times each way, for each arm. thats your exercise. ~David

sissy squats requires no additional weight other than your own. They might seem a little hard at first, but once you get used to it it will become much more easier, doing sissy squats at a gym sometimes gives an expression to others that your warming up or something it wouldn't make you look that serious or tough thus the name...
