I love to dance is there anyway I can use that for an exersice program? I think I would feel comfortable with it becuase it's something I like to do and I have a video that is a dance/workout video. Any comments or opinions?

Dancing is a great cardio workout!!!!I like to salsa...really works the hips and legs!!!If you have a tape that's great...but you could just put on your favorite CD and have at it!It's important to find something you enjoy doing..if it's dancing you like and your really working up a sweat...that's all that matters...have fun!:)

i had hm those things before some tape/exerciseing thing called zoomba or something.. lol but i think its great

Kc is right, dancing is a phenomenal work out. Cardio is what I meant to say, unless your a break dancer. That in my book is strength training. On the other hand, professional dancers don't rely on dancing for there work out. So you'll have to incorporate other movements in your routine.

if u have a gym membership check out class they might have to offer for instance my gym offers a "tease" class and a hip hop class and a body sculpt class with dance routine and there a fun wait to meet new fitness buddies.
