Sorry I've been away long. :)
So, 4.5 weeks into my 12 week programme, and I discovered, using mybodycomp.com that my lean body mass increased from 83 to 88 lbs in 42 days BUT my fat mass went from 23 to 25 lbs and my body fat percentage from 21.32 to 22.12%. How? My diet has been clean, my weight increased from 48 to 51 in 42 days..I want to bulk up. So, am I ok?? I don't see any changes in my body, besides my chest looks more 'cut'. That's why it's curiouser and curioser, like Alice in Wonderland.:laugh:

mybodycomp.com is not very accurate. If you are seeing desirable changes in your physique (chest being more cut) than you are probably doing fine.

that website is doing quite a bit of 'guess-stimating' so don't take it overly serious...go have a check up at your doctors if you're really curious...
