ive been working on my abs for quite a while now and i just cant work out why there crooked, if anyone could plz explain why this happens and possily tell me how to fix it?(if it can be done)

if you can see them, just be happy. not every muscle in the body has a perfect shape. anatomy charts are the ideal for symetry, but there are few example of this in real life.

All ab plates are different. Many do not line up evenly. It is nothing to be concerned about.

It's genetic - maybe there's some type of surgery out there to "align" them, who knows. But it's not worth it, it should be enough that your BF is low enough to see them.

i have this same problem too, in my pic, u probably cant notice it but the top left one goes diagonlaly downward. its weird, i always worried it would hurt me in a bodybuilding competiton.
