mike, cell tech is absolutely horrible. No joke, there's so much sugar in it. Plus, there's some kind of acid in it (which I can't name off the top of my head) that makes your throat burn. It was nuisance. Your best bet is to go for pure creatine monohydrate and mix it with juice or MHP Trac creatine (no loading phase required). It usually takes about 3 weeks or so for you to see results.

The best time to take protein and creatine... it all depends. Majority take it after to help aid body recovery from a workout. Whey protein gets absored fast so taking that after is ideal. As for creatine taking it before and after, that's your decision. Can always go for half/half if you can't decide. Train hard mikey.

WOW what a lot of questions, As for creatine ans supplements in general I would avoid them all if you are just starting out you can make great gains naturally and save the boost until when you start to plateau. Taking them to start with and you will just not notice the effects and will be stuck when you plateau out. You will also not be stuck buying supplements that are doing very little.

Oh and for a very brief summary of most of the most popular types of supplements (no brands mentioned) I have started a post “supplements a summary” on the supplements board, might be worth taking a browse at the ones you are interested in & good luck.

alpha lipoic acid, ageis. clinincally, it has been shown to be quite promising, but the burn.... YUCK! if you're going to take it, find a supplement that has a buffered version of it.
