CREATINE- To LOAD or not to LOAD

Hey guys, do we really need to go to the loading phase when taking creatine, you know the 4 times a day of 5g for the whole week and do a maintenance of 5g after that. Coz i dont think its necessary because the 20g creatine wont be consume entirely by the body, some even say around 2-3g per day is enough.

One word....Load. No matter what the bottle or the salesman says. Better to do this and be right. It works.

No, you don't HAVE to load, but if you don't, you don't saturate as quickly and don't reap the benefits for days. I load and always will.
