Yes, creatine is well worth every penny. There are literally hundreds of publisehd studies that show how helpful creatine is for the active weight trainer or health enthusiast.

A bit expensive though. From what ive heard creatine helps with endurace for training, if you already have enough endurance is it still worth it?

It helps with energy, recovery, and lean mass gains. You can find it for less than 2 cents a gram, making it one of the cheapest supplements on the market.

Creatine.....your muscle fibers store ATP. The problem is that we only have enough to fuel contractions for about 3 seconds, and even in the most well trained bodybuilder that supply can only last about 5-6 seconds. Creatine improves your ATP supplies, thus more explosiveness, and it is also a cell volumizer, thus the need for more water. Endurance is but one issue with creatine.

These are 2 completely different things yogi. If you HAVE to choose though, always opt for your extra protein. Without that, creatine would be quite pointless.

Why the creatine before bed? Take it post workout if no other time.
On off days also, about 1 hr. after your first carb meal will be a good time. (no sugars added here).
And why the soy shake? Why not whey? If you are worried about fast absorbtion, add some healthy fats and fiber. Like flax meal(two tbsp. will do nicely), or some natural peanut butter. Even better though would be whole food meals.

So here's a schedule I have planned for myself:
Protein shake after workouts, and perhaps as mid-morning snack on workout days.
Creatine at night before bed.
On off days, soy isolate 2 times, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, in place of protein shake.
Does this sound effective?

Take your creatine with your protein shake and whatever type of carb you have as well.

doesn't soy protein negatively affect youre testosterone levels?

There are conflicting studies on this, and until it is provern either way, I make it a point to take in very little if any soy protein. Some studies indicate that in the athlete, soy can enhance estrogen levels. Not a good thing for us. For the general population, it probably does not matter.
