I'm 5'3 and a waist of 34 and weighs 130 pounds. I've tried some exercise freetrainers gave me when i signed up but most of them are hard such as doing 15 push ups. I can hardly do 5. Please give me advice.

Lucky, its great that you can do 5 pushups. If you can do 5 everyday this week, rest over the weekend and try for six Monday. Follow the home exercises in the websight and do them on the days when you are supposed to. Rest days when you are supposed to rest and get your parents to help you with a good nutritional diet. You will be surprised at how many pushups you will be able to do in a few months.

I agree with Charlie - just try your best and give yourself a well deserved pat on the back when you exceed your previous sets. Set your "base" numbers for you alone using FT's as a guide and go from there. As mentioned - you will be surprised on how much you can achieve over a few months.
