I recently started lifting again, 5 times a week and 30 mins of cardio (stationary bike) which I try to do everyday. Well at work I'm constantly lifting 40lb boxes for about 6 of the hours I am there. At the end of my day I do not feel as if any of my muscles are exhausted. I was wondering if this could possibly hinder muscles from healing sooner and if so should I cut a day from lifting or cardio. Thanks.

Chances are good you are building muscle endurance, and from the sound of it pretty well. I can think of 3 routes you can take....

A)one would be cutting back on lifting days

B)doing less work at work(probably not an option)

C) or increasing your caloric intake fairly drastically.

You did not say if you were gaining or losing or maintaining right now, but chances are good you probably are not gaining or you would have stated so and not made this post. If options a or b above are not good for you, then c would be the way to go to make gains.
