Hey,

This is my first thread on this site so here we go. I'm a Football and Rugby player, as well as a Sailor going into my first year at University, and I plan to make it to the gym a lot more then I ever have before. I have had some experience but still need a a fair bit of help. I few details about me is that I'm a linemen and a prop in both sports and that means I'm a big boy. I'm currently at 260 lbs. most of which is muscle, and 6'4". My goals now are to build up muscle mass, lose some weight, and improve trength power and endurance. The things I need a hand are how I can really build up and tone up while losing some weight. A few of my friends suggested I’d do some research so that is what I’m doing. I’m looking for help with routines and mainly nutrition and things like protein, vitamins and other natural supplement. Any and all help
would be appreciated.

You follow a FT exercise program?
