What does it mean that to continue training I have to create a new program, I just finished the 8 week program and I want to up my program to 5 days a week instead of 3. I changed it to 5 days in the profile, but it hasnt given me my new schedule yet. What do I do?

I believe you have to go back through and enter start over with a whole new program, entering in new information....can someone else answer this....
