If your protein drinks help you achieve your daily goal, then continue to take it. The week's rest should do you some good and help your entire body recover from your intense workouts.
Oh yes don't stop taking the proteins. That's how you'll keep the muscles. Instead you can eat less carbs (the non training days) to avoid putting on weight.
