Hi there-
I was wondering why it is that sometimes when you want to loose weight and you follow a plan, nothing happens for a couple of months. Then all of a sudden things change and weight starts to come off. Is there any way to speed up this process...

You may have slightly changed your diet, or possibly your metabolism sped up

I find the same thing, but when I'm trying to gain weight. It's normally in 5lb increments too for some reason. I weigh myself daily, and sometimes I have to check my pockets to make sure some little troll didn't put a 5lb plate in my pocket.

Plateaus. I'll do the same thing. I've found in the past that I can starve my way to break one but we know better than to do that.
It's just so strange how ones body "loves" hanging at a certain weight.
