Since I have been russian for the past 6 weeks or so...and have had to eat quite a bit...i've added some weight which is good and bad. But i'd like to drop 10-15lbs of this useless weight. I know to clean up what I eat...

Heard dave tate lost alot of weight doing complexes...and I think DC training or somthing?

Dave lost weight by following Berardi's nutritional recommendations and doing a bodybuilding split (not DC). You can read his log if you are unsure.

However, I do think complexes are great for fat loss.

You can also give Escalating Density Training a try. Hitting a tire with a sledgehammer, squats, deadlifts, oly movements...etc..
