Hello, I have recently got back to the workout scene. I have been taking NanoVapor on lift days and I am up to a scoop and a half. I take a half of scoop on cardio days. I lift on M,W,F and do cardio on Tues, Thurs and Sat. I was wondering if I can combine NO2 platinum into my daily routine before workouts. Or I was wondering if I should go back to just NO2 and creatine. Also is Cell-Tech hardcore worth anything? Or does anyone have other creatine ideas? Thanks for the help.
