A little background I recently started working out and changing my diet. Its been tough cause I love to eat. I am a female currently at 249 at 5'8". I have a large frame and do already have a lot of muscle,just not in my stomach. My goal weight is 165. And I work out 4 days a week at a gym. I do about 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights
I thought that you should lose the fat first with cardio then use weights to tone it up.... I have a real tough time with my "spare tire"
Can someone give me an example of a work out and explain the reps and sets to me?
You can get a free plan from here. Give one of those a go. Also, I assume you are just beginning. If that's the case, don't worry about trying to lose fat first. Just get in there and do the weights and cardio. By doing the weights and adding muscle you'll be able to burn more calories.
Also, keep and eye on your diet. That's one of the biggest keys to losing weight.
