I am just full of questions it seems. I am trying to loose some fat, but also gain muscle. I was wondering if circuit training might be good for this? I took Fitness for Life in college and we did a cicuit training program that worked us really hard. I was thinking if I did the circuit 2 days a week and set aside a third day for concentrating on lifting, I might accomplish both. Any thoughts from the trainers or anyone for that matter?

I believe circuit training will work well for you. For your stated goals and if you desire also some endurance training. I would only do this for maybe a 6 week period, then switch over to some free weights doing a split routine, with some cardio. Try and go heavy as you can on your circuit, and remember your diet. Without it, doesn't really matter what kind of training you are doing. Good luck.
