I am going to give circuit training a try, for a change, and I am wondering the best way to go about it. Does it matter if I do something like Chest/Back, Bi/Tris, Legs, Shoulder, Abs, and then repeat. Or should I do them in an order like Chest/Shoulders/Tris, Back/Bis, Legs, Abs?

Does it make much of a difference? I am thinking since I won't be resting much, that I would want to do exercises that don't work the similiar muscles right after each other.

Any input is welcomed :) Thanks!

It doesn't make much of a difference since when doing circuit training you'll never go for any real maximum weights.
Doing circuit trainings are good to break the routine and speed up the fat loss. Good luck!
