Are there any circuit training programs available, or should I modify the program I'be been given by ft? I'm looking to put on lean muscle and burn the fat I've got. (I want to get ripped!)

The lean muscle gains program is making me stronger, but I'm not loosing any fat or looking any better. Since my time is limited to 3 nights a week, I want to get the most out of each workout.

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't find anything about circuit training. Is there anything available, or should I modify my existing program?

ya, I don't think they have circuit training on here. Not sure why... It's good for endurance training and toning I think.

If you have access to a Universal type machine in your gym, this is great for circuit training. Easy to move from one station to the next. Probably excellent for what you want to do.

Check some other sites. Just go to google and type in circuit routine or circuit training. There's one on t-mag.com called Meltdown which is exceptional, but tough.
