i have no clue what this workout is, can anyone explain in a non difficult manor please? (i mean no big words that i may not understand please) thanks

Place a broomstick between two chairs, wide enough for you to lay between.

Extend your body laying face up, below the stick with it in line with your shoulders.

Pull yourself up with your back. You can lift yourself up on your heels or at the waist.
