Hi Desten,

I've had birds ankles my whole life so I sympathize with you. My ankles are 8.25" and that's when I'm retaining water, my wrists are 6". Having a small frame I think is going to mean that you have small muscles. I'm not saying that you can't build them up to something spectacular, but I believe it will be in proportion to your bone structure. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Another here with bird legs, just wish the thigh was more on the bird side to  I have been trying to build up my calves for what seems like forever but they still stay at 12"
Hey Anni, my ankles are 7 1/2 and my wrist is a hair under 6 inches and I'm 5'7" I don't consider my frame to be small though. Guess I have small ankles cause I have small feet? ; ) Who knows, but I prefer to wear socks to make my ankles look bigger lol

Why would you want big ankles?

We don't really want big ankles. What we really want is a body part we can't possibly change so that we can obsess about it for our entire lives. Ankles are a sure thing.:)

LOL..can so relate to this post. I too have very skinny ankles, wrists and calves. I am curvy everywhere else but, and Damsel..I don't think it's got anything to do with small feet..cos I have skinny hyena feet to match lol. I'm finding that the calf exercises on here haven't done much for me..but am getting more of a burn on my calves from skipping...which is also good for your forearms and a great cardio burn. Hope this helps:)
