i've always had problem with my legs. it's too thin & it's so embaressing ... can anyone describe me a programs that helps me to get bigger in short time ??? :(

Are you a naturally tall/thin person?
What are yor current workouts like?
What is your diet like?

Anyone can get bigger with the right program and eating plan, it just takes some time and dedication - there is no good quick fix.
