One of the recommended work out just has two exercise for the chest incline press nad flat bench press should flys or dips be included. If dips hurt shoulder what else can you do

Follow the program, it will give you different exercises as you progress. Don't go so ow on those dips - that may be why your shopulder hurts, have someone check your form, if possible.

Dips work your chest, shoulders, all the stabilizers involved - if you have a routine that hits chest and shoulders from different angles, and triceps, you are hitting the same muscles.
