I have a problem with my middle chest having very little development my outer chest is huge and my lower chest is pretty good also, i have been doing flat bench, dips and inclines but my inner chest especially the upper inner part of my chest is very underdevelepd. it is hard for me to use a close grip on bench press because it hurts my shoulders, any advice on how i can really target my inner chest.

Have you been doing Dumbell Flyes? Lying and incline. How about some cable crossovers? See the exercise section for examples of these.

Itroisi is right on. Flyes would be the best thing for you. Make sure you squeeze hard for at least 2 seconds at the top. Also, you may want to move your hands a bit closer when you do bench. The closer your hands are, the more it transfers the weight to your triceps and inner chest.

Try doing close-grip bench. That's what I did to develop the inner part of my chest. Good Luck.
