Alright so i've been working out for awhile but i always seem to find my shoulders rolling forward near the middle/end of my reps on my presses, Bench, flys etc. Is this something i need to work on? do i want my shoulders flat to the bench? or is htis normal?

Form is very important. Maybe try using lighter weight.

You may have tight pectorals, though this is not a common problem.
However, this can set you up for an injury, if your describing what I think you are.

My post should read that having tight pectorals IS a common problem.

ogono, I'm going to have to call you out on this. Explain yourself. Have you been reading rag mags?
