i have been lifting for eight months and have went from 38 to 44 inch chest the problem is my lower chest has little definition i have been doing declines and dips off and on and that doesn't give me the definition i want. It like my lower chest just blends right into my stomach and i am not overweight 5'8 and 170's. Any advice would be really apprecited.

What type of decline work do you do? When you work on your chest, work on your lower chest first. I find working with dumbbells during declines works wonders! If you want to see more exercises for the chest, go to the main menu then choose FT Exercise Resources. Then, choose Muscle Targeting, then Chest.
Good luck!

Try to do this one: You got cables? Put the declined bench in between the cables and do the normal dumbell pushes but with a cable in each hand (if you don't get this description, I'll try to expain it differently...).
It's hearder than you can imagine, and you'll get great definition not only in lower pecs but also in between.

I agree with you philla2 using cables does wonders and the best thing is a spotter isn't needed. I incorporate it in my routine and when I'm done I am sore and I know I targeted the pecks the way I wanted.

Fill out the loose skin with muscles....... Follow a FT exercise program, option: chest.
