I went to the gym. They have this nice little ChesT Press. ITs electrical, so i cant punch in the weight resistence and i can do the chest press. It has 12 reps in the 1 set. If i wanted a nice chest and not a fatty one... How much reps and sets shuld i do?

3-4 sets of 9-12 would be good.

I agree with bb1fit, 3-4 sets should be good. Personally I do 4 sets of all my chest excercises and I have a light and a heavy day. On heavy days I usually do reps on 12, 10 , 8, and 6. Some people "train to failure" which is doing as many reps as they can until they can't do anymore. Try some different things and see what works for you best.
