Ok I have made my max up to 205. But that has been my max since the end of july. I started to realize why my chest hasnt been growing and im still not gaining strength. Can someone help me out and tell my what i can do to gain more strength and mass? thanks alot ladies and gentelman.

tell us how many reps you are doing per set...maybe you should lower the reps..;)

Well i do the pyramid workout....like ill do 5 sets: 12 10 8 6 4: but i see no change no more...i want more changes! I mean im a heavy person so it should be that heavy people should gain more mass easier than skinny people.

Try plyometrics for a while (lots of jumping push ups) and forget the barbell and work with the dumbells. Then after around 2-4 weeks, go back to the barbell. Maybe you wont push as heavy the first time but the second or third time you'll probably be stronger.

For me I always have to do somesort of flys with my chest day. I find if i dont do incline,decline or flat flys that I dont breakdown my chest muscles enough and they never used to get sore. Once I added flys my chest is usually sore for 2 days and my strength has exploded. Also do what philia says, you have to mix dumbbells in there. I know it may hurt your ego to not feel huge like lifting the barbel but it will definatley get you results.
