so i got my workout plan and today was chest. now i only have free weights and a straight bar. after i benched my biceps hurt alot and my chest didint hurt at all. i did 4 reps of 20-15-12-10 am i doing something wrong????
I'm with mike on this one. you lost me. You bench pressed and now your chest doesn't hurt, but your biceps do? If you meant to say triceps then you can widen your grip on the bar to target more of your chest. good luck.
