i am having a problem with my chest.....i hav been workign out for abotu 3 years and i have noticed my chets getting toned but muscle wise it isnt getting bigger...i mena i have cuts but you go and look at my chest and its nothing.....any one know why

My guess is that you're either maintaining your current weight or that you're not getting enough calories and losing weight in terms of body fat... try taking in more calories you have to monitor this everyday to ensure that you are getting above maintenance by at least 500 calories and a healthy gain weight tempo would be at 1 lb per week so really no more than 500 above maintenance if you don't wanna gain a lot of fat...

In either case filling out your nutritional plan for whatever your goal is gives you a really good caloric estimate... I have been following it so far and in about 6 weeks I have gained 3 lbs...

Bah, not 6 weeks, I mean a little over a week, I know that is a bit more than what would be considered healthy..... but I haven't gained too much fat I think I gain muscle easy, but you really have to monitor and stay consistent otherwise you won't get any bigger...
