After about like 30-40mins on the bike i seem to develop a pain just under my left breast. I got worried coz i tought it was my heart but i don't think it is as just under my left breast got sore as well sometimes...any ideas im a bit panicky about it. :(

Were you drinking water? Were you sweating? Were you holding a pretty fast pace?

no i wasn't drinking water and i wasn't sweating that much

Millenia you MUST keep yourself hydrated when exercising.

It is not reasonable to ask an organism which is mostly water to function well under stress without replenishing it's water supply while the stress is occuring. Think about it. How can it achieve adequate performance levels if it is running around trying to adjust for the water shortage? Without water, performance is compromised. If it doesn't have to run around making adjustments for water shortages, it can concentrate on optimum, as opposed to adequate, performance.

Make sense?
