Can anyone give me some tips with cardio exercises.I want to increase my level of fitness and my metabolism while loosing a bit of weight at the same time.If anyone can give me some tips on like what type of exercises i should do.Any replies will be greatfully appreciated!THANX!
To sum it up.. a good diet (Ft nutrition section) and 30+ minutes of sustained cardio... thats a pretty crappy way to explain it but i'm sure the cardio thing must of been beaten to death on these boards.. just do a search and you'll probably find every cardio detail you could ever want..
