Cardio Schedule

I usually do my routine cardio 3-4 times a week, for about 40 minutes a piece. usually a combination of jogging and row machine. was wondering if it may be advantageous to cycle different cardio exercises such as step climber, or ellipse cross training, or even basketball.

Yes if you can cycle your cardio so you keep on changing. Why? to
1) keep on challenging your body and
2) you'll never get bored!!
